About Me

Sue Warshal, Ph.D., MBA

Dr. Warshal is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the state of Georgia, as well as authorized to provide telepsychology in 30 additional states, via the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PsyPACT).  She obtained her doctoral degree from Nova Southeastern University after graduating Cum Laude from the University of Florida.  Dr. Warshal received her MBA from the University of Chicago, with a concentration in Managerial and Organizational Behavior and a certificate in Health Administration and Policy.  In addition, she holds a Black Belt certification in Lean Six-Sigma. 

As a clinical psychologist for over 20 years, Dr. Warshal has worked extensively with children, adolescents, adults and families, experiencing a multitude of behavioral health concerns.  From dealing with traumatic experiences and abuse, to everyday feelings of sadness and worry, Dr. Warshal works with clients to understand and help deal with issues in their lives that can impact their daily functioning.  Dr. Warshal has worked as a therapist within both inpatient and outpatient settings.  She leans heavily on Cognitive Behavioral and Family Systems therapy modalities and provides an emotionally supportive therapeutic environment for clients to achieve their own personal and professional goals.  Dr. Warshal was trained to provide comprehensive psychological batteries and has added a specialization in psychoeducational assessments.
 
In the business world, Dr. Warshal has been a leader of change within behavioral healthcare organizations.  She works with managerial and clinical teams on continuous process improvement opportunities.  Her focus is centered around providing exceptional clinical services.  She has worked within large hospital systems, community mental health centers, as well as national and community non-profits. 
 
Dr. Warshal is the proud mother of rambunctious and lovable twin boys.  Their adventures include hiking, camping and mountain biking throughout the mountains of Georgia.
